Here are some tips to improve your skin from the inside out:

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Aim for 8-10 glasses per day. Proper hydration will reflect in your skin's radiance.

  • Eat antioxidant-rich foods like berries, leafy greens, tomatoes, and nuts. Antioxidants fight free radicals that damage skin.

  • Increase healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, salmon. They provide essential fatty acids that retain moisture.

  • Reduce inflammatory foods like refined carbs, sugars, and dairy which can trigger breakouts.

  • Take targeted supplements like fish oil, vitamin C, zinc for additional skin nourishment.

  • Manage stress through yoga, meditation, journaling. High cortisol leads to inflammation.

  • Get 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Lack of sleep appears as dark circles and dullness.
