Shipping

We carefully prepare and package every Sonny & Dew order before it leaves us.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $75

Please keep in mind that weather, carrier delays and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Sonny & Dew within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and unopened.

Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for another product.

Original shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When possible, include photos of the product, damage and packaging so we can quickly review what happened.

We will assess the issue and work with you to make it right.

Variations in Natural Ingredients

Part of what makes Sonny & Dew products special is our use of natural ingredients.

Because natural ingredients can vary, you may notice slight differences in color, scent, texture, viscosity or consistency from one batch to another.

Natural oils, butters and other ingredients can naturally vary depending on growing conditions, harvest times, varietals and other factors.

These variations are a normal part of working with naturally derived ingredients and do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product.

The Beauty of Handmade

Many Sonny & Dew products are handcrafted, which means no two are necessarily exactly alike.

Our handmade soaps, for example, may have slight variations in color, pattern, shape or design.

These little differences are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and make each one unique.

Allergies & Patch Testing

Please review the ingredients of each product carefully before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitive skin.

Because everyone's skin is different, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before using a new skincare product more broadly.

While our facility maintains a nut-free environment, some of the ingredients we purchase may have been processed in facilities that also handle nuts or other allergens.

If you have a specific allergy or questions about an ingredient, please contact us before purchasing or using the product.

Pricing & Website Errors

We make every effort to ensure that the information on sonnyndew.com, including product descriptions, availability and pricing, is accurate.

Occasionally, a website, system or pricing error may occur.

Sonny & Dew reserves the right to correct an obvious error or cancel an order affected by an incorrect price or other system error.

If an affected order has already been paid for and must be canceled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
